On July 25-30th in the framework of the official visit of the Kazan Consul General of Chinese People’s Republic Xiang Bo the series of significant meetings with the administration of the branch of Russian-Chinese Friendship Society and representatives of the government and higher education of the Samara region were held.

On July 29th  during the meeting with the head of the Samara branch of Russian-Chinese Friendship Society the results of the work together with the Consulate in 2024-2025 were summarized and the plans for further cooperation were discussed.

On July 30th the Samara Regional Duma Chairman Gennady P. Kotelnikov and other deputies, Samara region Public Chamber’s governance were glad to welcome the participants of the meeting. The aim of the visit was to strengthen  mutual cooperation in educational, cultural and project spheres.

The special attention was paid to collaboration of Russian and Chinese Universities and exchange of educational process provision. In particular, the importance of international cooperation was stressed as the means of advancing quality of professional education and widening the possibilities of students in both countries.

Director of the Moscow City University Samara Campus Galina E. Kozlovskaya delivered a speech in which she described in detail the educational experience of Samara Campus with Chinese universities that turned to be one of the key moments of the meeting.

As a result of the whole row of events, the agreements have been reached concerning the further enhancing the contacts and cooperation among the educational institutions of both states which will allow to create new horizons for the development of Russian-Chinese relations in educational sphere and promote friendship and mutual understanding between people of our countries.
