Our third year students are back from their language internship in China. Girls are glad to share some of their experience with us.

I am grateful to this internship for fresh ideas, new acquaintances, beautiful places, delicious food, language practice and motivation to keep going. If I ever get the chance to go back, I would definitely go again!”

Polina Zagorodnikova: “These 4 months in China were incredible, filled with new discoveries, bright events, interesting acquaintances and new knowledge. We were not only studying Chinese, but also the rich culture of China and its people’s mentality.

Throughout my studies of the Chinese language, I thought: “What would it be like to study in a country with such ancient culture and rich traditions? In the country of bamboo, rice, and Confucius?

And I got a chance to experience it myself. Immersion in the language environment became a huge boost to my language skills, meeting people from all over the world helped me make new loyal friends, and my stay in China confirmed my life goal.

This internship taught me not to give up, to believe in myself, to appreciate every moment and value people around me. Studying in China was an invaluable experience for me that I will never forget. I will always remember every day spent in the Celestial Empire with special warmth and care!”
