On April 17th, the annual section “Sinology in the 21st Century: Linguistic Worldview and Inter-Language Communication” was held at the Faculty of Philology as the part of the LI Regional Student Scientific Conference.
On March 21, the Moscow City University Samara Campus held a session of the XXVI Student Scientific Conference “Science Day.”
As part of the academic mobility program of partner universities of the Russian Federation and Indonesia, lecturers of Samara Campus of MCU Elchin Gashimov (Doctor of Philological Sciences), and Veronika Pestova (Candidate of Philological Sciences), gave lectures for students of Kadiri University, Indonesia.
On the 1 of March, the Samara branch of Moscow City University held an Open Day, which brought together all the faculties in one place.
Yulia Antipova, a 2nd-year Linguistics student, took part in the International Humanitarian Olympiad of Students with a project on the topic “The image of the Dragon in Chinese Culture: Traditions and modernity.”
The MCU Samara branch took an active part in the Fair of Educational Places-2025 where the university presented its educational programmes and carried a lot of master-classes.
The 2 –year and the 3 –year students English Philology Department under the supervision of the teacher of Chinese language V.E. Panina organized the events in honour of the celebration of the Chinese New Year which lasted from December, 29-th till February,12-th.
Оn December 17-th and 24-th the third year bachelor students of the psychological and teaching department designed and gave a lesson for teaching class schoolchildren, under the guidance of Matasova I.L. and Chikalova E.S.
On March 1, Samara Campus of Moscow City University will arrange an “Open doors day”. All admission information will be available at one site so that everyone can be acquainted with the areas of study, talk to university representatives and make their choice.
